The Shopify Plus Agreement and all ancillary appendices, as well as all terms referred to, including Shopify`s Terms of Service, Shopify Privacy Policy, Shopify AUP, and price definitions, constitute the entire agreement between the parties that respect customer`s use of the services and supersede all prior written or oral agreements between the parties. For each referral reseller, the partner is entitled to receive a fee under the reference plan or the Bounty plan, but not both. If the Shopify Partner presents to a promotion reseller through a development store linked to the Referral Partner dashboard, the Partner is entitled to a fee in accordance with the Referral Plan. When a Shopify partner presents to a promoted reseller through the referral partner`s affiliate link, the referral partner is entitled to a fee in accordance with the Bounty plan. Whether the partner will receive a fee for a reseller advertised under the Master Plan or Bounty Plan is at Shopify`s sole and absolute discretion. The services offered by Shopify under the Terms of Service include various products and services that will help you sell goods and services to buyers, whether online (« Online Services ») by creating your own online store, personally (« POS Services ») or both. All services offered by Shopify are referred to as « Services » in these Terms of Service. Any new features or tools added to the current services are also subject to the Terms of Use. You can review the current version of the Terms of Use at any time under www.shopify.com/legal/terms. Shopify reserves the right to update and modify the Terms of Service by posting updates and changes on the Shopify site. It is recommended that you check the Terms of Use from time to time in order to check for updates or changes that may affect you. and if you do not agree to such changes, you must stop using the Services.
By using Google Payment in your store, you agree to be bound by the Google Payment API Terms of Service, which may be changed from time to time by Google. When Google changes the Google Payment API Terms of Service, the modified and customized version will be published here: payments.developers.google.com/terms/sellertos. These changes to the Google Payment API Terms of Service will be effective from the date of publication. Your continued use of Google Payment in your store after the publication of the amended Google Payment API Terms of Service represents your approval and acceptance of the amended Google Payment API Terms of Service. If you do not agree to change the Google Payment API Terms of Service, deactivate your Google Payment account and no longer use Google Payment in your store. Global Agreement and Appeal These Terms of Sale and all policies and procedures incorporated therein by reference constitute the entire agreement between you and Shopify with respect to the provision of the Payment Services. Unless otherwise stated, this Agreement shall prevail over the subject matter of this Agreement in the event of any conflict between this Agreement and any other agreement or directive of Shopify or the Processor. Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, these Terms describe the entire liability of Shopify and our suppliers and suppliers and constitute your exclusive remedies regarding the Payment Services and your access to and use of the Payment Services.
